Gelato alla fragola - Strawberry Ice Cream
* 1 lb (450 gr) ripe strawberries
* 1 medium orange, juiced
* 1 cup (200 gr) sugar
* 2 cups (450 cc) whipping cream
* few strawberries for decoration
* Clean and cut the strawberries in small dice. Place in a food processor. Add the orange juice and sugar.
* Run the blade until the strawberries are reduced to a coarse paste.
* Transfer the strawberry paste to the ice cream maker.
* Add the whipping cream. Follow the ice cream machine instructions.
* Transfer to a container and place in the freezer.
