Pizza Four Seasons (Pizza Quattro Stagioni in italian) is one of the classic pizzas of the Italian repertoire. The pizza is divided in four quadrants, and Each space is dressed with a different ingredients: Prosciutto, Mushrooms, Olives and Marinated Artichokes.

prepare the basic pizza dough according to the recipe
1 cup (250 g) tomatoes, puréed in a blender
2 oz (60 g) fresh mozzarella cheese, diced
2 oz (60 g) dark cremini mushrooms, sliced
2 oz (60 g) marinated artichokes
2 oz (60 g) oz (60 g) black olives
2 oz (60 g) prosciutto, cut up in pieces
2 – 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
The temperature in the kitchen should be around 68–75 F (20–24 C) for the dough to rise properly.
Preheat oven to 500 F (260 C). Spread the tomato evenly over the pizza.
Add the mozzarella cheese.
In one quadrant of the Pizza add the mushrooms.
Follow with the marinated artichokes ....
the olives, .
and the prosciutto.
Spread the olive oil on the pizza. Add salt and pepper. Bake the pizza for approximately 20 - 25 minutes. Lift one side to check for readiness. Pizza is ready when the bottom surface is light golden brown.
